Coordinate end-to-end product lifecycle and master data governance for ANZ supply chain. Manage NPI, item setup, phase-in/phase-out, data quality, ERP/PIM integrations, readiness activities, audits, dashboards, and cross-functional forums to ensure regulatory compliance, minimize risk, and support operational continuity.

Provide strategic HR partnership across ANZ, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR projects. Lead enterprise agreement renegotiations, support compliance with New Zealand employment law, and drive employee engagement and capability initiatives while collaborating with regional and offshore HR teams.
