Drive enterprise revenue growth through strategic account expansion and new-logo acquisition. Build executive business plans, quantify ROI, prospect and create pipeline, navigate complex digital commerce stakeholders, manage territory forecasting, and coordinate Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams. Own full-cycle sales from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing, using Value-Led Selling, Challenger, and MEDDPICC methodologies.

Lead APAC Client Success strategic team during a 12-month interim, managing ~9 people across Enterprise and SMB/Mid-Market. Drive retention, renewals, expansion, and CSAT using data and CS tooling. Own executive client relationships, escalate client issues cross-functionally, and ensure team continuity and clean handover.
