Lead BDO’s privacy function, roadmap, team, and privacy culture. Advise on Australian and international privacy obligations, embed privacy-by-design across systems and business processes, oversee impact assessments, third-party and cross-border risks, and manage incidents, breaches, data subject requests, compliance registers, assurance, reporting, and training.

Provides onsite frontline IT support across devices, meeting rooms, AV systems, collaboration tools, onboarding, offboarding, VIP support, and workplace technology. Operates a walk-up tech bar, troubleshoots hardware, operating systems, networking, applications, and hybrid meetings, manages device stock and asset records, performs audits, and triages tickets. Collaborates with cloud, application, security, and people teams to resolve escalated issues and maintain reliable office technology.
