Designs, delivers, and improves learning and development initiatives across manufacturing, operations, and corporate teams. Responsibilities include leadership development, capability frameworks, training needs analysis, learning content creation, LMS management, compliance training, workshop facilitation, learning effectiveness measurement, succession planning, and partnering with operational leaders to embed learning into daily practices.

Leads commercial finance partnering across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Product Development. Oversees costing, pricing, margin, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, business cases, investment evaluations, and performance reporting. Identifies cost-reduction and productivity opportunities, supports commercial negotiations, tracks benefits realization, and influences strategic decisions. Manages and develops a small finance team while strengthening commercial finance processes, accountability, and decision-making.

Own and manage the end-to-end accounts payable function, including invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, expense claims, accruals, supplier relationships, and month-end support. Maintain financial controls and data integrity, ensure tax and audit compliance, and serve as the AP subject matter expert. Lead automation, workflow optimisation, process improvements, and system enhancements while partnering with Finance, IT, suppliers, and operational stakeholders.
