Leads multidisciplinary design delivery across major power infrastructure projects, coordinating design teams through concept, preliminary, detailed design, and construction stages. Manages programs, budgets, risks, interfaces, quality, design assurance, workshops, peer reviews, and technical decision-making. Partners with clients, project managers, engineers, contractors, and specialists to define scopes and deliverables. Supports bids and proposals and contributes to energy design capability development.

Lead the design and delivery of large-scale onshore wind projects from development through construction and commissioning. Coordinate multidisciplinary civil, electrical, geotechnical, environmental and grid teams; provide constructability, risk management and project governance expertise; guide investment decisions; manage client relationships and commercial pursuits; and mentor team members while supporting Beca’s renewable energy capability.

Leads the growth, technical delivery, and management of dam infrastructure projects across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific. Responsibilities include dam surveillance, safety reviews, risk and dam-break assessments, water security studies, business development, proposal support, client relationship management, project delivery, and mentoring engineers. The role provides technical leadership across the full dam lifecycle and requires consulting experience, chartered engineering credentials, and strong water resources expertise.
