Leads financial services compliance across the bank, providing regulatory advice, overseeing the Compliance Advisory team, managing regulatory change, and directing investigations, breach assessments, remediation, and reporting. The role strengthens compliance frameworks, advises strategic initiatives, engages senior stakeholders and regulators, and develops high-performing compliance professionals.
