Teams at BeyondTrust

Provide initial outreach to prospects, qualify leads, nurture cold inquiries into sales-ready opportunities, enter prospect data into Salesforce, support marketing campaigns, attend trainings and field sales meetings, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize revenue.

Provide phone, email, and chat technical support for BeyondTrust products: troubleshoot, debug, escalate and document incidents, liaise with Engineering/Product/Sales, track issue resolutions, and participate in on-call rotations.

Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across SIEM, EDR, and cloud logs. Lead incident response, forensic analysis, and detection tuning. Integrate AI/LLM tools and automation into workflows, produce incident reports, maintain runbooks, and participate in on-call rotation and exercises.
