Follow up warm leads and inbound enquiries to sell BizCover business insurance products, communicate clearly to build rapport, meet sales KPIs, ensure compliance with legislative and quality requirements, and deliver excellent customer service.

As a Business Insurance Sales Consultant, you will handle customer calls, guide them through insurance quotes, convert inquiries into sales, and meet daily targets.

Engage customers via phone, email, and chat to understand insurance needs; provide tailored advice, conduct policy reviews, support amendments, renewals and claims, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and collaborate with teams to improve customer experience.
