Owns conversion optimization across BizCover’s online customer journey in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. Responsibilities include journey analysis, experimentation roadmaps, A/B and multivariate testing, personalization, landing-page optimization, revenue forecasting, AI-enabled quote experiences, and team leadership. The role partners with Marketing, Data, Engineering, Design, and AI teams to improve acquisition, quoting, purchase, cross-sell, and renewal conversion.

Lead the use of data to improve business outcomes across the organization. Responsibilities include analyzing financial, operational, and growth metrics; conducting modeling and statistical analysis; delivering actionable insights; managing analytical demand; supporting strategic initiatives; and embedding scalable, automated analytics into business workflows. The role partners with executives and cross-functional teams, tracks benefits, and supports continuous improvement.

Follow up warm leads and inbound enquiries to sell BizCover business insurance products, communicate clearly to build rapport, meet sales KPIs, ensure compliance with legislative and quality requirements, and deliver excellent customer service.

As a Business Insurance Sales Consultant, you will handle customer calls, guide them through insurance quotes, convert inquiries into sales, and meet daily targets.
