Build and ship native Android features for BJAK’s AI Neobank app using Kotlin. Responsibilities include creating mobile flows for financial services, integrating backend APIs, improving performance and reliability, collaborating with product and design, analyzing user behavior and production issues, and developing AI-assisted experiences where beneficial. The role requires strong Android fundamentals, modern architecture knowledge, UX awareness, and production app experience.

Create high-impact graphic, motion, social media, web, advertising, and marketing campaign assets. Translate briefs into conversion-focused visuals, collaborate with content and marketing teams, optimize designs using performance insights, maintain brand consistency, support product marketing, and mentor junior designers. The role requires strong visual storytelling, typography, layout, motion, rapid iteration, and familiarity with AI-driven creative workflows.

Lead motion design and animation for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising. Develop storyboards, visual concepts, animation systems, and reusable templates while maintaining brand consistency and technical quality. Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product, video, and design teams; mentor junior designers; present concepts; oversee production workflows; troubleshoot technical issues; and explore VFX, 3D animation, and emerging motion trends.
