Lead Afterpay’s Australia and New Zealand SMB and Franchise Sales organization across BDR, inbound, outbound, and high-touch franchise motions. Own revenue growth, sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline health, deal execution, sales processes, and merchant acquisition. Develop leaders and teams, build scalable playbooks, manage complex negotiations, define segment strategies, and represent merchant insights across Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, Engineering, and Account Management.

Leads Square’s partnerships strategy across Australia and Japan, building and scaling relationships with financial institutions, technology platforms, distributors, and commerce ecosystems. Owns partner acquisition, commercial negotiations, seller growth, product adoption, co-selling, integrations, and portfolio performance. Builds and develops a distributed regional partnerships organization while influencing Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership. Regular APAC and U.S. travel is required.

The Enterprise Account Executive will lead expansion efforts in strategic sellers, owning account strategy, driving high-value deals, and collaborating cross-functionally to build long-term partnerships.
