The role involves managing strategic partnerships with mid-market sellers, leveraging Square's solutions to drive growth, and solving complex challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end reseller and channel partnerships to drive seller acquisition and product distribution. Develop partner strategy with Product, Sales, and Marketing; negotiate, launch, and manage partnerships; own KPIs; run cross-functional initiatives; and advocate for partner and Square business goals.

Lead a team of 8–10 SMB Account Managers to drive upsell, retention, software adoption, and customer satisfaction. Own performance management, coaching, cross-functional collaboration, escalation handling, and execution of team OKRs to deliver measurable revenue and churn outcomes.
