Own the full outbound sales cycle for mid-market merchants, including prospecting, pipeline development, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing complex multi-product deals. Build net-new business through strategic outreach, tailor Square solutions to merchant needs, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Serve as a senior technical partner to enterprise merchants across Afterpay and Cash App. Manage integration health, troubleshoot website and POS issues using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, drive product adoption and account expansion, conduct technical reviews, monitor KPIs, coordinate incident response, document solutions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management.

Lead Afterpay’s Australia and New Zealand SMB and Franchise Sales organization across BDR, inbound, outbound, and high-touch franchise motions. Own revenue growth, sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline health, deal execution, sales processes, and merchant acquisition. Develop leaders and teams, build scalable playbooks, manage complex negotiations, define segment strategies, and represent merchant insights across Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, Engineering, and Account Management.
