Manage and grow a book of enterprise merchants in Australia by building long-term partnerships, driving retention and upsell, coordinating complex cross-functional deals, advocating customer needs into product, and supporting go-to-market and onboarding for high-value sellers.

Lead and coach a team of 10–15 BDRs to generate outbound pipeline, hit SQL/meeting targets, analyze funnel metrics, refine prospecting and messaging, partner cross-functionally, and build scalable coaching and onboarding programs.

Territory Account Executive responsible for high-volume, in-person field selling: generate pipeline, run full-cycle demos, close deals, build local partnerships, and maintain Salesforce rigor. Spend ~80% of time visiting businesses and exceeding quota in verticals like restaurants, retail, and services.
