As a Technical Architect, you will deliver technical services, manage complex projects, and design solutions to optimize customer value in the Braze platform. You will act as a technical advisor to clients, ensuring effective integration of their needs with Braze's offerings while collaborating with various internal teams.

Sell, renew, and expand Braze’s SaaS customer engagement platform by generating pipeline, closing net-new revenue, and growing commercial relationships. Collaborate with Success, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Marketing to drive feature adoption, transition clients from pre-sales to onboarding, analyze product usage for growth opportunities, and relay customer feedback to product teams. Use consultative, data-driven selling to influence stakeholders and accelerate large SaaS investments.

Provide in-person and remote IT support for macOS/iOS endpoints, manage device provisioning (Okta, Google Workspace), administer JAMF/Google MDM, support AV and conference rooms, troubleshoot wired/wireless networks, maintain inventory and procurement, run onboarding sessions, and write knowledge base articles.
