The Manager, ML Engagement Management leads AI deployment processes, technical workshops, and drives customer engagement while ensuring project success and process improvements.

As a Technical Architect, you will deliver technical services, manage complex projects, and design solutions to optimize customer value in the Braze platform. You will act as a technical advisor to clients, ensuring effective integration of their needs with Braze's offerings while collaborating with various internal teams.

Provide in-person and remote IT support for macOS/iOS endpoints, manage device provisioning (Okta, Google Workspace), administer JAMF/Google MDM, support AV and conference rooms, troubleshoot wired/wireless networks, maintain inventory and procurement, run onboarding sessions, and write knowledge base articles.
