Teams at Braze

Provide in-person and remote IT support for macOS/iOS endpoints, manage device provisioning (Okta, Google Workspace), administer JAMF/Google MDM, support AV and conference rooms, troubleshoot wired/wireless networks, maintain inventory and procurement, run onboarding sessions, and write knowledge base articles.

The Account Executive will manage complex sales cycles, maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and drive value-based selling strategies. The role requires extensive experience in SaaS sales and familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com.

As a Technical Architect, you will deliver technical services, manage complex projects, and design solutions to optimize customer value in the Braze platform. You will act as a technical advisor to clients, ensuring effective integration of their needs with Braze's offerings while collaborating with various internal teams.
