Lead regional GTM enablement for APAC by translating global programs into localized training, playbooks, and reinforcement. Partner with sales leaders to diagnose needs, design recurring skills curricula (value-based selling, objection handling, negotiation), run rollouts, track adoption and performance, and feed insights back to global enablement. Drive events, coaching, LMS operations, and cross-functional initiatives to improve sales productivity.

Sell, renew, and expand Braze’s SaaS customer engagement platform by generating pipeline, closing net-new revenue, and growing commercial relationships. Collaborate with Success, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Marketing to drive feature adoption, transition clients from pre-sales to onboarding, analyze product usage for growth opportunities, and relay customer feedback to product teams. Use consultative, data-driven selling to influence stakeholders and accelerate large SaaS investments.

Provide in-person and remote IT support for macOS/iOS endpoints, manage device provisioning (Okta, Google Workspace), administer JAMF/Google MDM, support AV and conference rooms, troubleshoot wired/wireless networks, maintain inventory and procurement, run onboarding sessions, and write knowledge base articles.
