Manage and grow a portfolio of Food & Beverage customers (focus on Health & Wellness) across VIC/SA/WA. Drive sales, forecasts, pricing, cross-sell opportunities, and customer service excellence. Use Salesforce and Excel for CRM, reporting, pipeline management, and costing. Liaise with internal stakeholders, conduct market studies, manage non-conformances, and ensure compliance with QSHE, COR, and Product Stewardship requirements.

The Account Manager manages customer relationships, achieves sales targets, and develops strategies to convert prospects, while coordinating with internal teams and submitting forecasts.
