Lead the national crossdock network to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable outcomes. Own transport and crossdock performance, partner with suppliers and carriers, use data to drive optimisation, redesign network responses to seasonality and growth, and lead a geographically dispersed team to improve service, cost, and safety.

Lead daily operations of a timber Frame & Truss manufacturing plant, manage production, P&L, safety, staffing (35–50 people), implement equipment, improve efficiency, liaise with sales/stakeholders and drive local growth strategies.

Coordinate daily Greenlife transport and consolidate supplier orders to meet store delivery needs. Build relationships with suppliers, 3PLs and transport partners, monitor delivery KPIs, drive cost/service/compliance improvements, support planning/scheduling during peaks, contribute process and reporting improvements, and promote Chain of Responsibility safety practices across the network.
