Coaches engineering leaders, builds a high-performing organization, ensures technical quality, partners with Product and Design, manages delivery trade-offs, and connects engineering decisions to commercial outcomes. The role also champions practical AI adoption and owns hiring, development, performance, and engineering’s contribution to revenue growth.

Owns end-to-end production of locally relevant graphics and illustration content, sets visual direction, provides craft feedback, and shapes AI-assisted creative workflows. Uses data, search signals, and market insights to identify content opportunities, translate strategy into production plans, and maintain standards for craft, metadata, and discoverability. Collaborates with regional, platform, and operational teams while contributing expertise across motion and illustration.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and account planning through negotiation and close. Generate pipeline, manage forecasts, develop strategic customer relationships, navigate complex buying groups, and present Canva’s SaaS solutions to senior stakeholders. Translate customer challenges into compelling business solutions while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to grow enterprise partnerships.
