Supervise and develop analysts, drive process improvements and automation, maintain visibility of value streams, collaborate cross-functionally, and support vendor and customer contract administration.

Administers and architects IBM i environments across IBM Power Systems, managing partitions, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, high availability, security, performance, storage, and integrations. Develops automation with CL, SQL, and RPG; supports IBM MQ, APIs, cloud platforms, and open-source technologies. Serves as the highest technical escalation point, leads root-cause analysis, participates in on-call support, and manages infrastructure changes, modernization initiatives, documentation, and compliance.

Supervises exception management and business support activities within Revenue Management. Develops and monitors pricing recommendations, guardrails, and margin-enhancement programs; analyzes data, deal economics, and pricing strategies; manages pricing processes, systems, controls, audits, chargebacks, rebates, and fees. Collaborates with IT, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to implement process and system improvements and communicates pricing insights and profitability opportunities.
