Lead stabilization and modernization of the IT function: define operating model, create technology roadmap, establish governance and demand management, reduce technical debt, improve IT service delivery and cyber governance, assess team capability, recommend resourcing, build executive and stakeholder alignment, and deliver KPIs and transition plans to enable a future ERP transformation.

Partner with clients and senior IT stakeholders to define problems, analyse current/future states, design pragmatic roadmaps, run workshops, support implementations, and drive process improvements and change to embed new ways of working.

Manage a portfolio of clients to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Serve as primary relationship owner, run business reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, monitor customer health, coordinate with internal teams, advocate for customers, and maintain success plans and account records to ensure outcomes and loyalty.

Manage, secure, and optimise IT infrastructure; develop and support Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud environments; maintain documentation; provide end-user support, training, and customer-focused troubleshooting across networking, Active Directory and VOIP solutions.

Provide Level 2/3 technical support and escalation for Microsoft 365, Azure and on-prem infrastructure. Administer servers, virtualization, networking, security and backup/DR, automate with PowerShell, produce documentation, mentor onsite ICT resource, support incident response and participate in after-hours critical support.

Provide first- and second-level network support: monitor alerts, troubleshoot LAN/WAN/wireless issues, assist with hardware/software configuration (switches, routers, firewalls, WAPs), support firewall/VPN setups, maintain documentation, and follow security policies while learning under senior engineers.

Deliver complex network projects from design through production across LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN/MPLS/VPN/wireless. Lead discovery, configure routers/switches/firewalls, perform cutovers and post‑migration stabilization, produce designs and plans, engage stakeholders, and improve project delivery processes.

Design, build and operate CT hosting platforms across compute, virtualization, storage and OS layers. Provide Linux and VMware engineering, storage and backup solutions, automation, incident escalation, project delivery, documentation, mentoring and handover to operations.

Design scalable, secure end-to-end solutions across cloud, modern workplace, security, networking and hybrid infrastructure. Produce HLDs/LLDs, roadmaps and decision records, embed security/compliance, support pre-sales, lead handover to delivery, and drive architecture standards and continuous improvement.
