Manage end-to-end Change Management for managed services: assess, plan, approve, schedule, implement and close changes. Facilitate CABs, maintain change records in ITSM, engage stakeholders, communicate risks and outcomes, and drive continuous process improvement and governance maturity.

Design scalable, secure end-to-end solutions across cloud, modern workplace, security, networking and hybrid infrastructure. Produce HLDs/LLDs, roadmaps and decision records, embed security/compliance, support pre-sales, lead handover to delivery, and drive architecture standards and continuous improvement.
