Provide hands-on technical onboarding for managed services customers across Australia. Conduct infrastructure discovery, deploy and configure monitoring, management, and security tools, administer Windows and virtualization environments, perform upgrades and remediation, troubleshoot complex issues, document customer environments, and support migrations and disaster recovery initiatives. Collaborate with transition and technical teams while communicating clearly with customers and delivering successful handovers into business-as-usual support.

Manage relationships with education customers, primarily secondary schools, to drive satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account growth. Responsibilities include success planning, business reviews, customer health monitoring, risk management, technology adoption, and identifying aligned service opportunities. The role partners with sales, service delivery, technical, project, and onsite support teams while advising schools on managed IT services, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, devices, networking, and digital learning environments.

Lead client engagements to define problem statements, analyse current and future states, design pragmatic roadmaps, run workshops, drive process improvements, support systems implementation lifecycle, and help embed change while progressing toward leading strategic initiatives.
