Provides physiotherapy assessment and evidence-based intervention for clients aged 0–65 with cerebral palsy, physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, genetic conditions, and neurodiversity. Works across clinic and community settings within a multidisciplinary team, supporting client goals, early intervention, school-aged therapy, adult services, intensive groups, and equipment clinics. Requires collaboration with families and other therapists, ongoing professional development, and adherence to clinical, safety, and NDIS standards.

Provides physiotherapy to children and adults with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities through individual or group sessions. Responsibilities include developing movement, strength, posture, mobility, and motor skills; managing pain; advising on exercise and equipment; supporting access to mobility aids; and enabling participation in sports and daily activities. The role involves evidence-based, client-centered care across clinic and community settings within a multidisciplinary team.

Leads Packforce’s Wetherill Park commercial packing and production site, managing packing, assembly, labelling, rework, fulfilment, staff, supported employees, customers, budgets, compliance, training, rosters, work orders, and operational performance. The role balances sustainable commercial outcomes with inclusive employment and professional development opportunities for people with disabilities.
