Own the end-to-end sales cycle for technology consulting engagements, from new-business acquisition and account development through delivery alignment. Build strategic enterprise client relationships, manage accounts, develop pipeline, create deal strategies, and collaborate with sales, consulting, recruitment, and AWS partner teams. The role targets Australian enterprise clients across industries and requires strong business development, negotiation, stakeholder management, account planning, and technology-services sales expertise.

Embed with enterprise clients to define outcomes and rapidly build production-grade AI solutions. Design agentic AI systems using Anthropic and AWS, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, LLM assistants, evaluation frameworks, and prompt systems. Deploy and integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms using Bedrock and SageMaker, while implementing explainability, bias testing, human oversight, and regulatory controls.

Lead AWS cloud migration and transformation engagements, owning delivery outcomes, client relationships, technical design, and team leadership. Develop migration strategies, roadmaps, secure landing zones, hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, and modernization solutions. Guide consultants, support estimation and business cases, manage risks, and contribute hands-on implementation expertise. Apply AWS migration tools, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, disaster recovery, cost optimization, and AI-enabled engineering practices while communicating strategies to executive stakeholders.
