The Senior Software Engineer will build AI-powered user experiences, develop frontend and backend services, and integrate AI capabilities into legal workflows, while mentoring engineers and ensuring strong engineering standards.

Own a portfolio of enterprise customers from onboarding through adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion. Build strategic relationships with legal, operations, and business stakeholders; guide workflow adoption; monitor account health; lead business reviews and complex issue resolution; identify growth opportunities; collect customer insights for product teams; and drive advocacy through success stories, reviews, and testimonials.
