Lead national business development for CHEP Produce: identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, develop commercial propositions and business cases, and lead a sales team. Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain, manage pipelines (Salesforce), negotiate high-value contracts, and deliver data-driven insights to drive scalable growth.

Lead implementation of process reliability and preventive maintenance systems across plants to improve equipment uptime and lifecycle cost. Drive technical improvement projects, automation and capacity upgrades, vendor management, standardized maintenance programs, national performance reporting, and technical training. Ensure safety compliance and support capital planning through lifecycle and preventative maintenance effectiveness studies.

Provide industrial and employee relations expertise across national supply chain operations, lead enterprise bargaining negotiations, prepare bargaining materials and Fair Work submissions, advise on agreement interpretation and compliance, manage Fair Work correspondence, support implementation of new agreements, and develop ER resources and training.

Provide commercial legal advice across Australia and New Zealand on contracts, procurement, disputes, property, compliance, technology and corporate matters. Draft, review and negotiate agreements, support procurement and transactions, manage external counsel, monitor regulatory developments, and contribute to legal training and continuous improvement.

Lead onsite production operations for repair, wash and retail functions; manage health & safety, equipment reliability, staffing, continuous improvement, quality, cost and customer targets across a large unionised workforce.
