Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, develop and execute account plans, lead commercial negotiations and tenders, drive revenue growth and sustainability initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor account performance and asset compliance, and build senior stakeholder relationships to optimise supply chain outcomes.

Lead implementation of process reliability and preventive maintenance systems across plants to improve equipment uptime and lifecycle cost. Drive technical improvement projects, automation and capacity upgrades, vendor management, standardized maintenance programs, national performance reporting, and technical training. Ensure safety compliance and support capital planning through lifecycle and preventative maintenance effectiveness studies.
