Lead onsite production operations for repair, wash and retail functions; manage health & safety, equipment reliability, staffing, continuous improvement, quality, cost and customer targets across a large unionised workforce.

Provide industrial and employee relations expertise across national supply chain operations, lead enterprise bargaining negotiations, prepare bargaining materials and Fair Work submissions, advise on agreement interpretation and compliance, manage Fair Work correspondence, support implementation of new agreements, and develop ER resources and training.
