Drive technical improvement projects, automation and capacity upgrades, vendor management, standardized maintenance programs, national performance reporting, and technical training. Ensure safety compliance and support capital planning through lifecycle and preventative maintenance effectiveness studies.

Lead onsite production operations for repair, wash and retail functions; manage health & safety, equipment reliability, staffing, continuous improvement, quality, cost and customer targets across a large unionised workforce.
