Serve as specialist BA for customer communications and document management in a transformation program. Define and document requirements, write user stories, QA Quadient templates for accuracy and compliance, map data fields, coordinate approvals, and maintain template inventory and change logs.

Manage large, complex personal lines claims end-to-end: investigate, assess damage and reserves, document files, negotiate settlements, control costs, identify fraud/subrogation, liaise with brokers/customers/vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior team members.

Lead FP&A for ANZ Commercial and Consumer P&C businesses: partner with product and finance leaders, own budgeting/forecasting, deliver BI-enabled analytics, ensure US/local GAAP compliance, manage a small finance team, and drive process improvement and automation to support strategic decision-making and growth.
