Lead FP&A for Australia and New Zealand, driving budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial modelling. Partner with Underwriting, Claims, Operations and Distribution to inform strategic decisions, support transformation projects, prepare executive and board materials, and lead and develop the FP&A team to strengthen finance business partnering.

Lead and deliver the A&NZ internal audit agenda, plan and execute complex audits, regulatory reviews and investigations, coach audit staff, partner with Risk and Compliance, report findings to senior management and Board, monitor remediation, and support data-driven audit initiatives.

Manage large, complex personal lines claims end-to-end: investigate, assess damage and reserves, document files, negotiate settlements, control costs, identify fraud/subrogation, liaise with brokers/customers/vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior team members.
