Provide Mandarin-language first-line remote support for Cisco employees on macOS and iOS. Troubleshoot upgrades, MDM enrollment, authentication, VPN, networking, peripherals, and applications; document cases, monitor issue trends, escalate to engineering, and participate in escalation/change programs.

Manage the full inside-sales cycle for assigned accounts, drive new customer acquisition through outbound outreach, build and maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with field sales and partners, upsell/cross-sell, handle quotations/order processing, and consistently meet quarterly targets through virtual engagements.

Serve as a strategic technical advisor driving adoption of Cisco Cloud & AI Infrastructure across global enterprise accounts. Lead onboarding roadmaps, high-impact workshops, adoption frameworks, architectural guidance, risk mitigation, and deliver customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and engineering.
