Provides technology and production support for AU and NZ banking services, including payments, liquidity, trade, and investor and issuer services. The role manages operational resilience, regulatory compliance, business continuity, incidents, change governance, payment scheme approvals, clearing partner relationships, and third-party technology vendors. It requires expertise in local payment schemes, financial services platforms, ISO 20022, SWIFT messaging, APIs, operational risk, and regulated production environments.

Leads Citi’s Asia investigations function, overseeing complex employee misconduct, fraud, cyber, and regulatory investigations. Establishes regional investigation strategy, policies, controls, reporting, escalation processes, and investigative standards. Manages investigative teams, staffing, budgets, performance, and senior stakeholder relationships. Partners with regulators, law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and financial institutions, while briefing leadership on sensitive cases and root-cause findings. Requires extensive investigative management experience, knowledge of corporate threats, forensic accounting, e-discovery, data analytics, professional certifications, and flexibility for travel and critical after-hours work.

Provides 24x7 production application support, resolving incidents, managing changes and deployments, maintaining availability, and communicating status to stakeholders. Troubleshoots APIs, databases, web servers, cloud platforms, application servers, and monitoring systems. Supports capacity planning, resiliency, incident and problem management, process improvements, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with development, infrastructure, and business teams. Requires shift and occasional weekend support.
