Teams at Citi

Provides technical and business support for Citi applications, maintaining production systems and operating environments. Monitors applications, performs risk reconciliations, resolves incidents, manages releases, documents procedures, and improves stability, efficiency, and effectiveness. Assesses production risks, coordinates with development teams and vendors, supports contingency planning, and ensures service-level and compliance requirements. Acts as a subject matter expert, coaches junior analysts, and leads support-related improvement initiatives with limited supervision.

Leads Citi’s domestic payments franchise across Australia and New Zealand, owning product strategy, roadmap, commercialization, P&L, innovation, regulatory engagement, risk governance, and client adoption. The role represents Citi with payment schemes, regulators, industry bodies, and market infrastructure providers; partners cross-functionally on product delivery and transformation; and manages a high-performing product team.

Leads the strategic vision, roadmap, commercialization, adoption, and financial performance of Citi’s digital platforms and data services across Australia and New Zealand. Manages CitiDirect, CitiConnect, onboarding, data, and AI offerings; partners with sales and client teams on go-to-market execution; represents client needs; oversees product delivery, enhancements, regulatory compliance, risk, and industry engagement.
