Establishes, maintains, and supports FIX connectivity between external clients and Citi gateways across equities, derivatives, and rates. Responsibilities include client onboarding and certification, legacy platform migrations, requirements analysis, troubleshooting, production support, project coordination, and collaboration with business, development, QA, infrastructure, and external vendor teams. The role requires expertise in FIX Protocol, electronic trading, market access, networking, UNIX, SQL, XML, and connectivity testing tools.

Leads application support for digital custody and settlement applications. Oversees incident, outage, problem, and change management; coordinates resiliency and disaster recovery testing; investigates application issues; drives stability and supportability improvements; partners with development and infrastructure teams; defines onboarding standards; communicates with business stakeholders; and manages team performance.

Lead production support and site reliability engineering for business-critical digital asset platforms, including blockchain-connected systems, digital wallets, and transaction infrastructure. Own incident management, observability, root-cause analysis, automation, risk mitigation, and platform improvements. Partner with product, business, and engineering teams to define requirements and delivery priorities, while mentoring junior engineers and guiding reliability strategy across high-availability distributed systems.
