Analyze council processes, redesign workflows, resolve escalated issues, document solutions, and provide expert guidance on rates administration, debt recovery, customer enquiries, financial administration, legislation, and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams, meet project targets, support product improvements, and build strong customer relationships.

Generate new business for Civica by finding opportunities, building senior-level relationships, qualifying pipeline, progressing deals, and working cross-functionally to win public sector software contracts.

Manage software implementation projects for local government customers, including deployments, upgrades, migrations, and module rollouts. Lead projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare while coordinating councils, consultants, engineers, and product teams. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, project planning, RAID management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, risk mitigation, governance, workshops, steering committees, and status meetings across multiple concurrent projects.

Lead Engineering Managers and multiple software engineering teams, shaping technology strategy, roadmaps, engineering practices, and delivery outcomes. Partner with Product and senior stakeholders to balance customer needs, quality, technical debt, cloud costs, and sustainability. Champion continuous delivery, automated testing, security, observability, AI adoption, and automation while measuring engineering improvements through outcome-focused metrics in a Microsoft-focused technology environment.

Lead transformation of APAC LiveOps into a modern SRE and CloudOps capability. Define operating model, improve reliability, observability, incident response, automation and infrastructure as code. Partner with Product, Platform, Security and regional teams to reduce downtime, increase resilience and embed SRE practices across the region while building and coaching high-performing teams.
