Manages a portfolio of private health insurance customers, serving as the senior relationship contact and trusted advisor. Responsibilities include overseeing customer programs, budgets, revenue forecasts, risks, delivery timelines, quality, and funded initiatives. The role coordinates Project Management, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver customer solutions, support retention, and build strategic partnerships. It requires strong commercial, program management, stakeholder influence, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. The position may be based anywhere in Australia with some travel.

Deliver software implementation, consulting, training, troubleshooting, and support services for Civica Altitude across local government customers in Australia and New Zealand. Analyze council processes, redesign workflows, resolve escalated issues, document solutions, and provide expert guidance on rates administration, debt recovery, customer enquiries, financial administration, legislation, and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams, meet project targets, support product improvements, and build strong customer relationships.

Generate new business for Civica by finding opportunities, building senior-level relationships, qualifying pipeline, progressing deals, and working cross-functionally to win public sector software contracts.
