Provide strategic, hands‑on support across design and execution of risk management programs, collaborate with legal, data and technology teams, and present practical commercial solutions to senior stakeholders and c-suite executives.

Lead adviser in employment law and workplace relations, handling high-stakes disputes, tribunal and court matters, investigations, discrimination and harassment, WHS, post-employment restraints, modern slavery and employment aspects of corporate transactions. Mentor junior lawyers, build client relationships and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
