Lead risk advisory engagements for tier‑1 financial services clients, advising on regulatory compliance, risk frameworks, governance, investigations, and implementation. Lead the national billing and e-billing function, manage a billing team, ensure accurate compliant invoicing, drive process automation and KPI monitoring, resolve complex billing issues, and collaborate with finance and commercial stakeholders.

Advise blue-chip private and public sector clients on employment law, workplace relations, safety, disputes, investigations, discrimination, harassment, restraints, corporate transactions, whistleblowing, and modern slavery. Manage matters across courts and tribunals, contribute to business development, build client relationships, publish thought leadership, deliver seminars, and pursue ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Deliver legal technology, AI-enabled workflows, and eDiscovery services for complex legal matters. Partner with lawyers and clients to design defensible data solutions using platforms such as Relativity, Harvey AI, Mary Technology, and CaseTrace. The role involves technical problem-solving, data analysis, project coordination, client engagement, communicating complex concepts clearly, managing multiple deadlines, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Provide commercial and infrastructure legal advice across transport, logistics and digital infrastructure sectors. Work on transactions, procurement, project delivery, regulatory matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, client advisory, and asset lifecycle issues. Collaborate firm-wide and may undertake client secondments.

Lead adviser in employment law and workplace relations, handling high-stakes disputes, tribunal and court matters, investigations, discrimination and harassment, WHS, post-employment restraints, modern slavery and employment aspects of corporate transactions. Mentor junior lawyers, build client relationships and contribute to business development and thought leadership.

Own day-to-day pricing for complex matters: build financial models, recommend pricing strategies, present client and matter profitability to partners, develop pricing tools and dashboards, drive pricing projects and train stakeholders.
