Lead risk advisory engagements for tier‑1 financial services clients, advising on regulatory compliance, risk frameworks, governance, investigations, and implementation. Provide strategic, hands‑on support across design and execution of risk management programs, collaborate with legal, data and technology teams, and present practical commercial solutions to senior stakeholders and c-suite executives.

Advises on enterprise risk and compliance across national operations, including third-party and supplier risk, modern slavery compliance, policies, internal queries, reporting, business continuity, crisis management, governance forums, and risk-awareness training. The role partners with senior risk leadership and business teams to maintain compliance frameworks, prepare dashboards and risk appetite statements, and promote a proactive risk culture.

Lead the national billing and e-billing function, manage a billing team, ensure accurate compliant invoicing, drive process automation and KPI monitoring, resolve complex billing issues, and collaborate with finance and commercial stakeholders.
