A paid seasonal clerkship for penultimate-year law students offering practice area rotations, hands-on legal work (research, drafting, court/client attendance), mentorship, professional development, pro bono opportunities, and exposure to legal tech.

The Senior Legal Counsel will advise on commercial and compliance matters, manage conflicts of interest, and ensure legal compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, mitigating commercial risks, and providing legal guidance to senior stakeholders.

Provide commercial and infrastructure legal advice across transport, logistics and digital infrastructure sectors. Work on transactions, procurement, project delivery, regulatory matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, client advisory, and asset lifecycle issues. Collaborate firm-wide and may undertake client secondments.
