The Senior Legal Counsel will advise on commercial and compliance matters, manage conflicts of interest, and ensure legal compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, mitigating commercial risks, and providing legal guidance to senior stakeholders.

Provide commercial and infrastructure legal advice across transport, logistics and digital infrastructure sectors. Work on transactions, procurement, project delivery, regulatory matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, client advisory, and asset lifecycle issues. Collaborate firm-wide and may undertake client secondments.

Lead risk advisory engagements for tier‑1 financial services clients, advising on regulatory compliance, risk frameworks, governance, investigations, and implementation. Provide strategic, hands‑on support across design and execution of risk management programs, collaborate with legal, data and technology teams, and present practical commercial solutions to senior stakeholders and c-suite executives.
