Lead business development and marketing strategy for M&A and private equity practices in Australia and the wider APAC/MET region. Develop and oversee marketing plans, conduct market and competitor research, support revenue generation, coordinate pitches and RFPs, manage client targeting, organize events, oversee communications and thought leadership, and collaborate with partners, lawyers, and global BD teams to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the firm’s market position.

Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, restructures, capital raisings, governance, and corporate law matters. Draft, negotiate, and review transaction documents; lead due diligence and transaction workstreams; manage client and stakeholder communications; and support business development. Supervise and mentor junior lawyers while contributing to training, knowledge management, and practice development.

This role involves advising on financing transactions, including cross-border matters, and managing client relationships while supporting junior lawyers' development.
