Junior associate role in Private Equity and M&A advising on PE investments, exits, public and private M&A, growth capital and minority investments. Responsibilities include transactional drafting, managing multiple workstreams, direct client exposure, and developing technical and commercial skills within a collaborative team.

Provide senior-level advice on M&A, private equity, restructures, joint ventures and corporate governance. Draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage due diligence and transaction workstreams, supervise junior lawyers, liaise with clients and regulators, and support business development and knowledge-sharing.
