Teams at Clio

As a Solution Specialist, you'll help scale Clio's Enterprise offering by delivering tailored demos, leading workshops, and shaping sales strategies. Your role is key in developing expertise in the Clio Operate platform and driving successful client engagements through technical fluency and storytelling.

Lead and mentor a systems engineering team supporting large-scale SaaS production environments. Define architecture, author infrastructure-as-code, operate AWS-managed services, build observability and automation to reduce production resolution time, and partner with product teams on security, performance, reliability and velocity. Recruit, hire, and develop engineering talent while occasionally contributing hands-on to diagnose and resolve production issues.

Serve as first point of contact for leads, qualify inbound opportunities, run outbound campaigns, use Salesforce to manage leads, track sales metrics, collaborate with AEs and marketing, participate in events, educate prospects on Clio products, and support pipeline growth with potential promotion into sales roles.
