Teams at Clio

Lead and mentor a systems engineering team supporting large-scale SaaS production environments. Define architecture, author infrastructure-as-code, operate AWS-managed services, build observability and automation to reduce production resolution time, and partner with product teams on security, performance, reliability and velocity. Recruit, hire, and develop engineering talent while occasionally contributing hands-on to diagnose and resolve production issues.

Act as a customer-facing full‑stack engineer for Clio Operate APAC: troubleshoot 2nd/3rd-line escalations, build custom UI and C# server plugins, resolve full‑stack issues (UI to DB), create documentation and tutorials, partner with product, and help scale implementations across enterprise clients.
