Owns end-to-end ANZA payroll with an outsourced provider, supports the HR Manager on people strategy, collaborates with global specialist teams, and contributes to Workday reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead Clorox’s ANZ ecommerce growth strategy across Amazon, pureplay, and omnichannel retail partners. Own digital shelf excellence, retail media effectiveness, shopper conversion, ecommerce measurement, and Amazon commercial deliverables including P&L ownership and joint business planning. Translate ecommerce and shopper data into recommendations for Sales, Marketing, Category, and Commercial teams. Build organisational ecommerce capability, influence senior stakeholders, and drive profitable cross-functional growth initiatives.
