Manage end-to-end operational health, performance, and lifecycle of enterprise applications for AMEA. Oversee ITIL/ITSM service operations, incident/problem/change management, monitoring, capacity planning, DR/BCP alignment, vendor SLA management, and transitions to production. Partner with stakeholders, architecture, security, and delivery teams using SAFe/Agile to prioritize improvements and ensure sustainable, secure, and available services.

Lead end-to-end execution of brand engagement plans for assigned brands: brief agencies, manage creative/media/influencer partnerships, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, optimise campaign performance with analytics, and align activation with regional brand and commercial priorities.
