Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, deliver demos and PoCs, and act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle. Carry quota for adoption and expansion, run QBRs, and leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on strategic technical outcomes.

Lead full-lifecycle procurement of high-capacity transport across APAC, sourcing metro dark fiber, terrestrial wavelengths, and subsea capacity. Negotiate IRUs and bulk purchases, manage contract lifecycle, maintain inventory and performance data, use AI tooling to automate workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to scale Cloudflare's regional backbone.

Own post-sales technical support for enterprise customers, act as primary technical contact, troubleshoot complex networking and security issues, drive escalations and mitigations, perform architecture reviews and risk registers, conduct quarterly support reviews, partner with product and engineering, use AI-driven tools to optimize operations, and provide executive communication and incident reporting.

Build deep relationships across the National Intelligence Community, drive adoption of Cloudflare platform (Zero Trust, SASE, AI), develop account and partner strategies, manage pipeline and forecasting, collaborate cross-functionally through onboarding to renewal, and mentor ANZ peers while meeting multi-million-dollar quotas.

Lead hunter-style enterprise sales in Melbourne targeting telco and utility accounts. Create and close new logos, engage C-level stakeholders, manage long, complex sales cycles, mobilise internal teams, maintain disciplined pipeline and forecasting, and position Cloudflare as a strategic platform across security, networking, and performance.
