Own regional data center vendor strategy and end-to-end colocation deals, including planning, RFPs, commercial negotiations, execution, vendor relationship management, QBRs, budgeting, spend review, and invoice approval. The role coordinates with legal, operations, capacity planning, network strategy, and security teams across multiple geographies to expand and optimize Cloudflare’s data center footprint.

Leads the global professional services practice for Cloudflare’s Developer Platform. Develops service offerings, packaged solutions, sales collateral, delivery frameworks, training, enablement, and marketing campaigns. Translates customer business challenges into developer-platform solutions, guides prototyping and implementation, and builds organizational expertise across Cloudflare technologies. Collaborates with services, sales, engineering, and executive stakeholders while supporting customers across APAC and attending periodic leadership meetings in Lisbon or Austin.

Lead technical presales, validation, demonstrations, architectural design, onboarding oversight, and customer expansion for Cloudflare enterprise solutions. Partner with account executives to map customer infrastructure to DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, security, and developer platform architectures. Own technical discovery, proof-of-concept planning, adoption strategy, QBRs, and revenue-aligned outcomes while advising engineering and executive stakeholders. Use AI automation to streamline technical workflows, documentation, and customer enablement.
