Manage and coach a presales Customer Engineering team in the ANZ region. Responsibilities include workload management, technical coaching, escalations, recruiting and onboarding, customer relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and supporting proof-of-concept win rates and sales quota achievement. The role partners closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Customer Success while maintaining team culture, performance, and development.

Identify and research enterprise prospects, conduct outreach, source qualified meetings, and run discovery calls using sales qualification frameworks. The representative partners with enterprise account executives to generate pipeline, manages sales activity and results in Salesforce and Salesloft, collaborates with marketing and sales teams, meets opportunity and revenue quotas, and contributes to team campaigns and process improvements.

Lead technical discovery, design bespoke Cloudflare architectures, deliver demos and PoCs, and act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle. Carry quota for new business and expansion, run technical QBRs, and leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on strategic adoption and growth.
