Provide L1/L2 global support for OMS/EMS trading applications across equity, swaps and F&O desks; handle connectivity with exchanges/brokers, monitor systems, manage incidents/changes, coordinate with vendors and infra teams, and support project rollouts and SRE-related activities across Asia/US/Europe shifts.

Provide production support for corporate applications across IT, handling incidents, service requests, change releases, monitoring, scripting for system health, on-call/weekend support, and automation of deployments and HR/Finance/Compliance integrations.

Provide global FIX connectivity support: onboard and certify FIX clients/vendors/brokers/exchanges; support high- and low-touch trading desks; manage FIX testing, monitoring, and connectivity with infra teams; troubleshoot production incidents; roll out FIX projects and liaise with regional FIX teams and traders.

Coordinate daily administrative support for the Research function, manage travel and expenses, assist with event coordination, and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Conduct fundamental research on Australian small-cap stocks: build and maintain financial models and valuation databases, produce proactive research and reports, respond to market-moving events, and present ideas to clients and sales to drive exposure.

Provide proactive, differentiated equity research coverage of Industrials in the Australian market, building financial models and valuation databases, issuing stock recommendations, responding to market events, and maintaining client and corporate relationships while working closely with sales to market research.

Provide proactive equity research coverage of Telco, Media & Technology for the Australian market: build and maintain financial models and valuation databases, respond to market and company developments, write and present research, develop client relationships, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to communicate investment ideas.
