The Associate conducts research support by coordinating activities, updating financial models, compiling data for client requests, and assisting senior analysts with projects and industry meetings.

Support and maintain the Australian compliance framework for investment banking, equities and research. Provide regulatory advice, track rule changes, update policies, monitor staff dealing and trade surveillance (SMARTS Broker), perform thematic reviews, oversee AML program, respond to regulators, assist audits/inspections, and support global compliance projects.

Coordinate daily administrative support for the Research function, manage travel and expenses, assist with event coordination, and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
