The Financial Controller will oversee financial governance, reporting, budgeting, analysis, and team management in a fast-paced fintech environment, supporting strategic decisions and compliance.

Design and evolve a Figma-based design system and end-to-end user experiences for a high-performance trading platform. Translate complex trading data into clear interfaces, run research and usability testing, prototype interactions, collaborate with Product and Engineering, present to stakeholders, and mentor colleagues to raise design standards.

Provide legal and regulatory advice for CFD trading and stockbroking across ANZ; lead and mentor legal staff; draft and review client disclosure and commercial agreements; support projects and cross-functional teams on Corporations Act, privacy, IP and regulatory reform matters; shape commercial strategy and ensure legal protections for global expansion.
