Develop, maintain, and enhance risk models, run stress and scenario analyses, and produce risk reports and dashboards. Monitor KRIs across CFD and stockbroking businesses, advise senior leaders, drive improvements in risk reporting and analytics, and collaborate with Dealing, Finance, Treasury, Compliance and senior management to support decision-making and project delivery.

Respond to client queries by phone, email, live chat, and messaging while delivering exceptional customer service. Represent CMC Markets as a brand ambassador, identify opportunities to improve client experience, and work rotating shifts between 7:30am and 8:00pm. The role includes comprehensive training in trading platforms and the RG146 Financial Regulatory qualification. Strong English and Mandarin communication skills, resilience, adaptability, and permanent Australian work eligibility are required.

Supports lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform channels for Australian and New Zealand customers. Builds and tests campaigns in Braze, supports automated customer journeys, manages audience segmentation and personalization, coordinates content and approvals, performs QA, assists with A/B testing, and reports campaign results. The role is designed for someone developing expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
