Develop, maintain, and enhance risk models, run stress and scenario analyses, and produce risk reports and dashboards. Monitor KRIs across CFD and stockbroking businesses, advise senior leaders, drive improvements in risk reporting and analytics, and collaborate with Dealing, Finance, Treasury, Compliance and senior management to support decision-making and project delivery.

Provide frontline client support for CMC Markets via phone, email, live chat, and messaging. Act as a brand ambassador, resolve client queries, identify experience improvements, work rotating shifts between 7:30am–8:00pm, and contribute to high-volume trading operations while completing company training including RG146.

Lead lifecycle engagement with white-label and banking partners, build and optimize automated journeys in Braze, coordinate campaigns and approvals, use customer insights to drive onboarding, activation, migration, retention and platform adoption.
