Manages client relationships as the primary point of contact, coordinating internal teams and project delivery to meet client requirements, timelines, scope, and budgets. Handles communications, escalations, account planning, performance monitoring, and recordkeeping. Identifies upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen accounts while maintaining client satisfaction.

Remotely lead end-to-end delivery of multi-site signage, shopfitting and retail fit-out projects. Coordinate install crews, subcontractors and suppliers; build and manage schedules, budgets, site access, milestones, safety, quality and compliance. Serve as central client contact, resolve issues, and manage data and stakeholders to deliver multiple simultaneous sites. 12-18 month fixed-term contract.

The Solution Architect is responsible for the end-to-end design of solutions, ensuring alignment with technology strategy and governance standards while engaging with stakeholders and guiding engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
