Leads Group financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. Owns planning standards, governance, forecasting architecture, Workday Adaptive Planning, and consolidated reporting for executive and Board audiences. Drives forecast accuracy, S&OP integration, process automation, and finance transformation across global segments. Partners with finance and business leaders on capital allocation and investment analysis while developing the Group FP&A team and influencing matrixed Segment FP&A leaders.

The Senior Director, Engineering & Quality leads the execution of engineering outcomes for product development, focusing on architecture, quality strategies, operational performance, and risk management while mentoring cross-functional teams.

Partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, change management, and employee relations. Develops segment people strategies, coaches leaders, delivers enterprise people programs, uses workforce data to inform decisions, and ensures legally sound, consistent HR practices across the corporate segment.
