The Solution Architect is responsible for the end-to-end design of solutions, ensuring alignment with technology strategy and governance standards while engaging with stakeholders and guiding engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Lead architecture and lifecycle of Coates hardware platform and OS, owning standards, deployment/upgrade engineering, fleet operations, observability, and commercial platform strategy. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, commercial and customer teams to validate hardware, manage refresh cycles, reduce operational complexity, and drive platform evolution at scale.

The Senior Director, Engineering & Quality leads the execution of engineering outcomes for product development, focusing on architecture, quality strategies, operational performance, and risk management while mentoring cross-functional teams.
