Leads systems engineering for smart implant product development, including system architecture, requirements traceability, design decisions, feature development, verification, technical alignment, regulatory documentation, and product family engineering strategy. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality hearing solutions in a regulated medical device environment.

Manage APAC logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, returns, distribution, freight-provider relationships, resource planning, and service administration. Implement policies, KPIs, and continuous-improvement initiatives across Sydney operations and seven APAC distribution organizations. Develop logistics strategies, optimize processes using ERP and logistics technology, manage external partners, and coach the logistics team to support regional growth and customer-service objectives.

Leads global market access workstreams for Cochlear’s hearing solutions, assessing payer systems, reimbursement pathways, funding models, coding requirements, and market dynamics. Develops payer insights, access tools, value propositions, and commercial recommendations supporting launch readiness and adoption across international markets. Partners with commercial, clinical, regional, and market development teams, while engaging external payers, reimbursement bodies, and HTA organizations.
