Leads Cochlear’s global executive reward and performance strategy, including executive remuneration, incentive and equity plans, governance, annual reporting, market competitiveness, and committee support. Partners with Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Investor Relations, and People & Culture to ensure compliant, effective reward programs. The role requires strategic judgment, analytical capability, senior stakeholder influence, project leadership, and approximately 10 years of reward and remuneration experience.

Supports global reward and performance programs, including remuneration and performance cycles, Workday compensation administration, job architecture, job evaluation, market benchmarking, data governance, reporting, and workforce analytics. The role analyzes large HR datasets, prepares and validates compensation data, maintains job frameworks, supports global projects, and identifies opportunities to improve processes through automation and emerging technology.

Provides administrative and coordination support across a complex program, including scheduling meetings, managing agendas and documentation, maintaining SharePoint records, preparing meeting packs, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and coordinating daily program logistics with managers and stakeholders.

Leads discovery and process analysis across digital marketing and technology teams. Maps current workflows, designs future-state processes, defines requirements, decision logic, governance, reporting, and acceptance criteria, and supports workflow automation, AI-assisted processes, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Senior Legal Counsel advising Cochlear’s Global Strategic Marketing function on advertising, competition and consumer law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, marketing disputes, regulatory risks and product claims. The role independently leads complex matters, negotiates agreements, manages external advisers, improves legal processes and technology-enabled service delivery, and coaches junior colleagues. Australian legal qualification and approximately 8–12 years of relevant experience are required.

Provide commercially focused legal advice to R&D, IP, Clinical, product, marketing, and commercial stakeholders. Draft, review, and negotiate research, collaboration, intellectual property, services, and technology agreements. Support disputes, litigation, product and marketing initiatives, legal templates, playbooks, process improvements, and AI-enabled legal service delivery in a regulated medical technology environment.

Manage and improve Cochlear’s global ethics and compliance program across multiple regions. Responsibilities include advising business leaders, assessing and managing compliance risks, developing policies and procedures, monitoring compliance, supporting investigations and remediation, delivering training, and preparing governance reports. The role requires strong stakeholder management, regulatory knowledge, analytical skills, and experience working across multinational organizations in regulated industries, preferably medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare.

Coordinate warehouse logistics, including preparing, labeling, packing, and shipping finished goods. Maintain accurate inventory transactions for serialized, lot-controlled, and expiry-sensitive items while following quality and safety procedures. Support continuous improvement and collaborate with internal teams, customers, and supervisors. The role requires computer literacy, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to lift up to 10kg. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
