Lead and integrate Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Analytics and Safety Coding. Set biometrics strategy, oversee clinical data capture, statistical analysis, safety coding and reporting. Drive technology, automation and AI adoption, establish governance and performance frameworks, manage vendors, ensure QMS and regulatory compliance, and lead transformation, budgeting, risk management and capability building across the enterprise.

Lead end-to-end group accounting, consolidation and statutory reporting. Lead a global Content Development team to produce compliant product labeling and Instructions for Use (IFUs), manage workload and priorities, support adoption of structured content/CCMS, drive process improvements, and partner with Regulatory, R&D, Clinical and Marketing during a period of digital and data-driven transformation.

Serve as a trusted guide for prospective cochlear implant candidates, managing inbound/outbound enquiries, providing personalised support, tracking interactions in CRM, collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Clinical teams, attending events, analysing lead and conversion data, and ensuring rigorous follow-up to drive conversions and improve candidate experience.

The WHS Systems Management Partner will own and enhance Cochlear's global WHS management system, ensuring compliance, driving performance, and providing risk insights. Responsibilities include developing WHS reporting, supporting audits, and leading training initiatives.

Develop and implement safe, scalable, stable manufacturing processes across Cochlear and suppliers, ensure QMS and regulatory compliance, support supply chain and R&D projects, relocate/duplicate processes, apply lean principles, and drive continuous improvement to meet project timelines and cost targets.
