Provide expert employment and industrial relations advice across Australian operations, interpret Awards and legislation, lead wage compliance and governance frameworks, manage complex investigations and ER/IR projects, support legislative and enterprise bargaining changes, and build relationships with senior leaders and unions.

Provide strategic commercial legal advice across Asia Pacific and Latin America. Lead complex commercial contracting, compliance, risk management, disputes and litigation. Draft and negotiate multi-jurisdictional agreements, manage investigations and disputes, develop compliance policies and training, partner with senior business leaders, and contribute to global legal initiatives and continuous improvement.

Support strategic sourcing across product development and lifecycle: needs assessment, supplier selection, RFx, contract negotiation, supplier readiness and performance, forecasting, order/stock management, and stakeholder influence to ensure procurement policy adoption and favorable commercial outcomes.
