Lead design, deployment, and embedment of core Manufacturing Business Systems across Cochlear's global manufacturing network. Translate strategy into scalable operating systems, lead cross-functional working groups, manage programs and roadmaps, apply systems thinking, and integrate change management to sustain Operational Excellence.
