Leads compliance analyses, governance initiatives, risk assessments, industrial relations projects, process improvements, and complex case management while partnering with leaders, unions, employee representatives, and HR stakeholders.

Manages procurement processes, supplier relationships, buying activities, procurement data, inventory, forecasting, budgets, strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and contract-related commercial advice. Supports procurement activities for new product development and project milestones while ensuring quality, regulatory, and commercial objectives are met.
