Lead and manage Workday implementations, develop project deliverables (charter, staffing, issue logs), ensure on-budget delivery, mentor consultants, engage clients and executives, manage risks/changes, and support transition to product support.

Lead Workday integration design and implementation, translating business needs to technical solutions. Configure integrations, perform data loads and conversions, mentor team members, guide clients through implementation phases, and ensure smooth tenant migrations and security/business process configuration.
