Lead complex e-commerce technical implementations, integrations, and platform migrations. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. Serve as primary client contact, enable partners, read API documentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver mid-market projects.

Provide global IT helpdesk support for employees in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities include new-hire onboarding, account creation, Mac and Windows laptop setup, hardware and asset management, software and hardware troubleshooting, audiovisual support, remote assistance, account and license audits, documentation, and collaboration with infrastructure and information security teams. The role also supports office IT tasks, recommends process improvements, and trains users on technical solutions.

Manage a hybrid portfolio of named and scaled accounts to drive Net Revenue Retention. Lead onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and churn mitigation through strategic plans and scaled lifecycle programs. Monitor customer health, coordinate escalations, forecast portfolio performance, and partner cross-functionally to deliver value, increase adoption, and grow revenue.
