Manage a hybrid portfolio of named and scaled accounts to drive Net Revenue Retention. Own onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy through one-to-one strategic management and one-to-many digital programs. Monitor health, mitigate churn, lead escalations, and partner cross-functionally to translate customer insights into growth. Measure success via NRR, renewal performance, expansion pipeline, engagement, and churn reduction.

Build and maintain front-end features with React and TypeScript, refactor legacy code, fix issues across the stack, collaborate with PMs and designers, conduct code reviews, mentor peers, improve developer experience, and drive performance, reliability, and security improvements.

Support HR Business Partners by managing employee relations, performance management, HR policy compliance, HR/COE program execution, office experience and events, workplace safety, onboarding/terminations, and HR data analysis to improve retention and employee experience.
