Lead and deliver technology and cyber security audits across complex environments, assess governance and controls, identify material and emerging risks, communicate findings to senior stakeholders, and support remediation for sustainable risk reduction.

Lead design, prototype, deploy and monitor Generative AI, agentic systems and ML models for financial crime detection. Drive cross-functional delivery, data/ETL pipelines, cloud deployments, and adoption of AI to improve detection and investigations.

Manage post-approval home loan settlement activities, including document follow-up, condition verification, shortfall resolution, disbursements, and PEXA processing. Coordinate with assessment teams, customers, and third-party settlement agents to ensure timely settlements. Conduct retention discussions, provide expert digital and phone support, resolve customer issues, and identify service improvements while maintaining high customer service standards.
