Responsibilities include account management, complex implementations, training, product adoption, demonstrations, consultative recommendations, expansion opportunities, escalation management, stakeholder communication, and mentoring Customer Success team members. The role requires strong education or EdTech experience, senior client advisory skills, commercial acumen, AI fluency, and the ability to independently drive outcomes.
