Own delivery across Clipboard EMS and Clipboard Compete: translate roadmap into shipped features, work with customers, business and engineering, iterate quickly, use AI tooling, and support product growth and integrations within the Compass suite.

The Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator provides administrative support to senior leaders, manages office operations, coordinates events, and ensures smooth functioning of the Sydney office.

Serve as a strategic advisor for a portfolio of large school accounts: lead implementations, drive product adoption, design success plans, run executive business reviews, surface risks using usage data, partner with Sales and Product on expansion, mentor the Customer Success team, and manage complex escalations to improve retention and growth.

The Head of Compliance will establish and oversee compliance frameworks, manage risks, lead audits, and ensure regulatory alignment across multiple jurisdictions for Compass.
