Provide executive and office administration support for senior leaders and the Sydney office. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, document preparation, travel and expense administration, visitor and facilities coordination, supplies and mail management, event and catering logistics, and support for workplace culture initiatives.

Identify and evaluate product opportunities across Compass’s school management platform. Conduct customer discovery, assess commercial viability, build business cases, and create prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted design tools. Present recommendations to executives, hand concepts to product teams, and advise during early development. The role combines product strategy, design judgment, financial modeling, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Owns white-glove customer success for strategic private school clients. Responsibilities include account management, complex implementations, training, product adoption, demonstrations, consultative recommendations, expansion opportunities, escalation management, stakeholder communication, and mentoring Customer Success team members. The role requires strong education or EdTech experience, senior client advisory skills, commercial acumen, AI fluency, and the ability to independently drive outcomes.
