The role requires balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while delivering high-quality visual and interaction design across multiple touchpoints.

Manage lending operations across the full loan lifecycle, including application triage, document validation, settlement coordination, post-settlement requests, and borrower or broker support. Follow SOPs to prepare decision-ready loan files, communicate with stakeholders, identify process friction, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve workflows through automation.
