Lead and mentor an engineering team building the lending platform for loan origination, decisioning, servicing and arrears. Own technical strategy, architecture, correctness of lending calculations and auditability. Partner with product, risk, compliance and operations to deliver timely, resilient, and compliant SaaS features while driving engineering standards, hiring, and career development.

Lead operational risk and compliance for an AI-native banking cloud platform. Identify and assess risks, design controls, manage regulatory change, coordinate assurance (e.g., SOC 2), oversee third-party due diligence, drive remediation, and use AI tools to automate and scale risk and compliance workflows.

Operate across the full loan lifecycle to ensure application-to-settlement workflows run smoothly. Review applications against SOPs, validate documents, liaise with brokers/customers, manage settlement stakeholders, handle post-settlement tasks, provide live chat and email support, and surface process improvements to Product and Engineering for automation.
