Manage the company’s financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, statutory compliance, tax requirements, and audits. Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to senior leadership and the Board, identify risks and cost-saving opportunities, and support the organization’s financial health and growth.

Lead and mentor an engineering team building the lending platform for loan origination, decisioning, servicing and arrears. Own technical strategy, architecture, correctness of lending calculations and auditability. Partner with product, risk, compliance and operations to deliver timely, resilient, and compliant SaaS features while driving engineering standards, hiring, and career development.

Lead operational risk and compliance for an AI-native banking cloud platform. Identify and assess risks, design controls, manage regulatory change, coordinate assurance (e.g., SOC 2), oversee third-party due diligence, drive remediation, and use AI tools to automate and scale risk and compliance workflows.
