Conduct open-source, deep web, and dark web research to identify and assess threats against clients. Produce bespoke written intelligence analysis, investigate new information sources, support intelligence collection, and help review and deliver client work. The role requires strong written communication, attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to develop timely, actionable intelligence.

Reviews and investigates abuse and safety reports involving potential harm to minors. Conducts open-source and in-platform investigations, assesses behavioral threats and threat actors, validates information, and produces accurate investigative reports and briefings. Manages multiple cases under strict deadlines, collaborates with internal, client, and vendor teams, and contributes to workflow improvements, training, shadowing, and peer review.

Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoint, network, cloud, and identity. Execute incident response playbooks, perform threat hunting, leverage threat intelligence, and collaborate with Security Engineering to improve detections. Produce incident reports, support root cause analysis, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and shift coverage.
