Lead Domain's Business Technology platforms through transformation and platform migrations. Own Salesforce, billing, finance, trading/booking platforms and IT operations; ensure operational performance, incident response, vendor management and business continuity. Drive migration sequencing, risk and cutover planning, influence global architecture decisions, and lead change, communication and organisational readiness.

Lead the HR Business Partnering function to align workforce planning, organisational design, talent, succession and change programs with business priorities. Use workforce analytics to identify risks and opportunities, advise senior leaders on performance and employee relations, and build HRBP capability to drive organisational effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
