Design, build, and maintain scalable software for Domain’s commercial real estate platform. The role involves developing production-grade applications and services, contributing to architecture and technical direction, improving performance and reliability, delivering tested features, and mentoring engineers. The engineer will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams while working primarily with .NET/C#, AWS, React, Next.js, TypeScript, relational databases, and distributed systems.

Leads AI/ML engineering teams responsible for property valuation models, an enterprise AI platform, and shared data foundations. Sets technical direction, develops platform roadmaps, oversees production ML training and deployment, and owns pipelines, warehouse infrastructure, monitoring, data products, reliability, scalability, and cost. The role requires hands-on generative AI, MLOps, cloud, data engineering, and engineering leadership expertise.

Drives quality engineering across product and engineering teams through shift-left testing, automated frameworks, testing strategies, CI/CD quality gates, and non-functional testing. Partners with cross-functional teams to identify risks, improve testability, mentor engineers, and promote shared ownership of software quality across web, API, mobile, and end-to-end platforms.
