Leads the end-to-end customer experience and service model across multiple SaaS workflow platforms. Oversees distributed customer support and operations teams, onboarding, implementation, training, production workflows, quality programs, reporting, Voice of Customer initiatives, partner onboarding, and continuous improvement. Partners with Commercial, Product, and Technology leaders to improve retention, adoption, service quality, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes while managing budgets, workforce planning, escalations, and governance.

Leads backend and GraphQL engineering across the software lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, performance, security, and system health. Designs scalable APIs and cloud-based services, mentors engineers, reviews code, resolves complex technical problems, and collaborates with product and business teams. The role emphasizes Node.js/TypeScript, Apollo GraphQL, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and high-traffic web systems.

Manage and optimize the organization’s marketing and advertising technology ecosystem. Lead audience strategy, first-party data activation, segmentation, tracking, measurement, governance, privacy compliance, and platform integrations. Build and activate audience segments, troubleshoot tags and delivery issues, improve match rates, maintain documentation, and provide performance reporting. Partner with Marketing, Product, Technology, Lifecycle, Digital, and Ad Operations teams to improve customer engagement, personalization, retention, and advertising outcomes.
