Lead development, governance, and optimisation of embedded insurance products across ANZ. Drive product design, underwriter sourcing, compliance (DDO/RG146), policy wording, performance reporting, and partnership proposals while managing underwriter relationships and monitoring regulatory changes to maintain competitive, compliant products.

Provide premium inbound phone support for enterprise customers, managing complex or emotional conversations through resolution or escalation. Handle email and live chat during non-call periods, maintain accurate Zendesk records, meet SLAs and quality standards, follow compliance procedures, and identify process or regulatory concerns. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, sound judgment, composure under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple workflows without sacrificing quality.

Design and build an in-house fraud/risk evaluation platform as a senior full-stack engineer. Translate product requirements, review architecture, implement cross-stack services, own monitoring and alerting, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver real-time decisioning capabilities.
