Create storyboards, animate in After Effects, edit video, produce web-ready/Lottie motion, extend brand systems, and experiment with AI tools to scale creative output while collaborating with marketing, product and brand teams.

Lead a 2–4 engineer team to design, build, operate, and improve Customer Operations applications (Claims Portal, chatbots). Own technical direction, delivery, architecture, observability, and AI/LLM integrations. Mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure improvements in reliability, quality, and operational outcomes.

Lead and grow a Data Engineering team to design, build, and operate a scalable cloud data platform. Own data pipelines, warehouses, orchestration, governance, cost optimization, and cross-team collaboration to ensure reliable, high-performance data for analytics, data science, and product teams.
