Administer corporate macOS and Windows devices, SaaS applications, identity platforms, and endpoint security tools. Automate repetitive IT operations, troubleshoot escalated hardware, software, and connectivity issues, maintain support runbooks, train Level 1 technicians, and assist with audit evidence and reporting. The role collaborates with security, HR, operations, and support teams to provide secure, reliable employee technology services.

Lead Developer Experience engineering by designing golden paths, shared libraries, CI/CD templates, Helm charts, internal tooling, and secure software delivery controls. Build agentic AI workflows for code review and test generation, improve developer productivity using DORA and SPACE metrics, manage developer tools and vendors, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and product teams to improve development speed, reliability, and security.

Own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps across multiple connected digital product areas. Align teams around OKRs, resolve cross-team dependencies, establish product discovery and experimentation standards, and guide high-stakes portfolio decisions. Shape responsible AI adoption, use data to inform investments, influence executives and senior stakeholders, and coach Product Managers. The role requires extensive technical product management experience, platform scaling expertise, generative AI experience, and enterprise systems and data integration knowledge.
